Email you send us. The contact routes on this site are email addresses. If you write to us, we hold what you sent so we can reply and deal with your enquiry.

The demo request form. It asks for your name, business name, trade, town, phone number and (optionally) email. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which acts as a processor for that delivery. We use the details for exactly one thing: building and sending the demo you asked for, and talking to you about it.

Lead forms on our adverts. If you fill in a form on one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers (the form always shows you which fields it takes — typically your name, phone number and a couple of questions) and passes the submission to us. Meta processes that data under its own terms; we use it to respond to your enquiry, and nothing else.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we make no automated decisions about you.

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry or working together, plus whatever the law requires us to keep (for example, records of paid work). If you would like your details deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

We rely on legitimate interest to respond when you contact us, and on the steps needed before entering a contract when you ask us to scope or build something.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our holding it at all. Email alban@alwantech.co.uk and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
