Scrapping a car means ringing round yards for numbers nobody will explain, where the offer moves depending on who picks up the phone.

A scrap-buying site built around a single input. The seller types in their registration; the site looks the vehicle up with the DVLA, takes its weight, prices it against current scrap metal rates, and returns the offer before anyone has spoken to anyone.
