Allload Courier Solutions

A courier running everything from a small van to an HGV, quoting every job by phone and WhatsApp — with no way for a customer to see the coverage, the insurance or the tracking before they rang.

The build

A courier quote is not a form with a price at the end of it. It turns on three or four things — the size of the load, the two addresses, how fast it has to get there — and everything else is detail that can wait. The quote form asks exactly those, up front, so the first reply back can carry a price rather than a question.

The homepage leads with coverage and capability, because that is what a customer checks first: nationwide, small van through to HGV, insured, tracked. Those are the answers that decide whether they bother enquiring at all. Six services and ten sectors sit behind it for the ones who read further.

Same-day work still arrives by voice, so the number and WhatsApp stay reachable from every screen rather than sitting on a contact page two clicks away. The form is the slow lane, and it is built to survive: a honeypot field for bots, and if the send ever fails it opens the visitor's mail client pre-filled rather than losing the enquiry.

Static HTML was the right call rather than a compromise. A brochure site with an enquiry form has nothing to hydrate — so there is no framework to keep patched, no build to break, and the whole thing is a stylesheet and one small script served from the edge.

a The system

Nine pages covering six services, ten sectors and the fleet from small van to artic, with a quote form that lands in their inbox with reply-to set to the customer — so answering an enquiry is one press of Reply.
