Café — brand site
A brand site built around the three things a customer actually checks before walking over: the menu, the opening hours and what the room looks like.
A speciality coffee, matcha and juice bar on Ladbroke Grove with a Google listing, an Instagram and no website — so everything a customer wanted to know before walking over lived somewhere else.

A café site has a different job from a software product, and the difference is the whole design. Nobody asks a coffee shop for a quote, so there is no enquiry form and no calculator anywhere on it.
What there is instead: the menu, the hours, the address on a map, and a gallery of the room and the drinks. Someone deciding between this and the other three places on the road wants to know what it is like inside, and photographs answer that faster than any amount of copy.
Built to open fast on a phone from a standing start, because that is where it will be read — on the pavement outside, or a few streets away.
