For trades & local business

A website that prices the job for you

Most trade websites are a phone number and a photo gallery. We build the version that does some of the selling: the visitor picks their job, sees a realistic price, and the enquiry reaches you with the details already in it.

Why most trade sites do not bring work in

We read eleven competitor sites in one trade before building any of this, and the pattern was consistent. The ones winning work were not the good-looking ones. They were the ones answering four questions in the first screen: what does it cost, who says you are good, what happens if you get it wrong, and do you work near me.

The pretty sites that skipped those questions lost to ugly, dense ones that answered them. So that is what we build to — and the quote tool is how the first question gets answered before anyone picks up the phone.

What you get

01

An instant-quote tool built for your trade

Priced by the metre, by the unit, or by fixed package — whichever way you actually quote. Your rates, not guesses, and the visitor sees a range rather than a number you never agreed to.

02

Enquiries that arrive qualified

The job type, the size, the timescale and the postcode come through with the message, straight to WhatsApp or your inbox. No more “how much for a bathroom” at eleven at night.

03

The four things buyers check

Prices or a from-price, your reviews, your guarantee and insurance position, and the postcodes you cover — laid out where people look for them rather than buried on an about page.

04

Your own work, shown properly

Your job photos, cropped and captioned. Never stock photography — it is the clearest sign to a customer that a firm has nothing of its own to show.

05

Fast, and yours to keep

A static site that loads immediately on a phone, on your own domain, with the contact details and prices in one file so a change takes minutes.

(03)

See one working

Two browsable examples, both built on invented firms so no real business is on show. Try the quote tool — that is the part that changes how many enquiries you get.

(04)

What it costs

Two numbers, and no third one hiding behind them. You pay once to have it built, then a small amount each month to keep it running and current.

To get it built

£99

one payment

Design, copy, your quote tool, your photos, your domain, and going live. We build it before you pay anything, so you are looking at the finished site when you decide.

To keep it running

£35

a month — about £8 a week

Hosting, your domain renewed, and us on the end of a phone. Less than ten minutes of your own labour rate.

What the monthly covers

  • The site hosted on your own domain, loading fast on a phone, with the certificate and renewals handled.
  • Your prices kept current in the quote tool. When your rates change, we change the calculator — a tool quoting last year's prices is worse than no tool at all.
  • Text, price and photo changes whenever you want them, in one WhatsApp thread.
  • One number to message when something looks wrong.

New pages, new sections, changing how the quote tool works out a price, design or logo work: £95 an hour, quoted and agreed before anything starts. We would rather tell you a number up front than surprise you with one.

Yours from the day it goes live

The site and the domain are in your name from launch. Not after twelve months, not for a transfer fee. Most pay-monthly websites are rented — ask anyone who has tried to move one.

No minimum term

Thirty days' notice and you stop paying. The site stays yours, it just stops being ours to look after. We would rather you could leave easily than have to lock you in.

And if we disappear

If we ever stop trading, your domain and the site transfer to you at no cost. That is in writing, because it is the thing you would most want to know and nobody in this market says it.

The first ten trade sites go out at this price. We are building up work in the trades and a reference is worth more to us right now than the difference — so this is a straight trade, not a countdown that never ends. After the tenth, the setup fee goes up. Anyone already on it keeps their rate.

How it goes

  1. 01

A look at what you have

We go through your current site and your competitors' and tell you plainly what is costing you enquiries. You get that whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

A demo of your own business

Before you commit, we build a concept version of your site with your own trade, your own prices and your own photos, so you are choosing from something real rather than a mock-up.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

Copy, quote tool, photos and domain. Live in days, not months, and we handle the hosting.

Also from the studio

Bigger builds — web applications, mobile apps and AI automation — are on the services page, and the software we run ourselves is under our work.
